Pre-Order Method
Some of our products are available via Pre-Order, meaning they are produced specifically for you. Please allow additional time for production and shipping. You will receive automatic updates on the status of your order, including production and shipping progress throughout the process.

Refusal to pay customs duties or import fees does not qualify for a refund.

Defective or Incorrect Products
